I would be especially interested in knowing how many from our world were affected. You and I were not, yet Raine and Sheena were. My understanding is that it had something to do with elemental affiliation; perhaps it is related to magical ability as well.

[No one smells that soup better than housemate herself. Good timing too, because she's starting to get hungry. Though right now, she's also somewhat busy swiping stray feathers off her mattress. Molting is such a hassle. So until her food arrives, she'll be absentmindedly trying to clean up after herself while resting. Obviously, not quite the combo it should be.]

[Regal has been trying to clean up the feathers as best he can as well, but there are just so darn many of them that it's kind of a futile endeavor. He'll get rid of a bunch, only to discover another pile when he comes back in ten minutes later. Well, perhaps they can use them to make new pillows or something.

It isn't long before he comes upstairs with a bowl of hearty vegetable soup-- in fact, there are so many vegetables in it that it's really less soup and more "vegetables in a bit of broth." He figures that she needs to eat to get her strength back.]
